Resolved by phoning the support number. Couldn’t understand why they were asking me about my internet IP address. Then it clicked I’ve recently changed my broadband service provider, so is this Disney enforcing what they believe to be account sharing? Arbitrarily without warning.

Crashing during films
When I press the disney channel on my TV remote, I just get a small circle. Netflix and Prime work perfectly so internet and TV are fine
