Will not load app, message says software not up to date but I deleted & reinstalled app to latest version & it still says software not up to date
Resolved by phoning the support number. Couldn’t understand why they were asking me about my internet IP address. Then it clicked I’ve recently changed my broadband service provider, so is this Disney enforcing what they believe to be account sharing? Arbitrarily without warning.
