Cannot connect to anybody
Can’t make / receive phone calls
Signal, data, social media, whatsapp and other messaging apps.
I have no internet. Just stop working without any warning and information. No email, no message, no explanation what my be the issue.

I have no signal at home indoors or outdoors, if I travel a short way from home I have signal so it isn't my phone at fault. This issue has been constant for the last two weeks. No one can call me and I cannot make outgoing calls unless I leave home.
Says mast down last 2 days. Cannot get onto any O2 site either to set up WiFi calling
