It won’t let me open o2 to report a problem
My daughter had a phone call this morning saying they were from 02 and they said if we send you a code can you read it back for us. Since then my 2 daughters and my phone is not working. Can’t make/recieve call or text. Also have no data unless I have WiFi.
No internet on phone for 2 days

Google search says no internet
Even when I force my phone to 3G there is no signal in my house. This has been problematic for about a week, so approx 20th to 26th Jan. 2026, in Derby DE21 area.
