login triggers the text confirmation number code but then hangs

Cannot login on line, once I’ve put in the number they send me, they just ask me to login again, like a continuous loop, really frustrating, all my family have trouble getting any sense with ns&i over the years.
i log in it then rings my number to open iput in the number and it just goes back to log-in again
goes to authentication but goes no further. it won't log me in
