Haven't been able to make online international payments for over 3 weeks. The mobile app was working for them but now has stopped too. Have been getting the same message now for 3 weeks

I am trying to Log in using may usual PC method. But it says "Problems....". I cannot sign in.
Can’t transfer between accounts within the app
Tried to log in several times, get as far a puttingi password etc and then wait, but nothing happens each time. Is internet banking down.
