Using the website via laptop it won't accept the code sent over the phone to be able to log into account. It keeps saying the wrong code is being input when giving the code on the screen.
I can access my online accounts, but cannot read my latest current account statement, as a blank page appears. I’ve logged in and out 3 times.
I cannot get debit card to authorise payment, I cannot access the credit card details on line. It opens the app but there is no authorisation message it just goes to the main menu.
