Fibre LOS
No Internet at all
Phone line not working since Friday14 November. This is the second time in six weeks that there has been a problem. Limited mobile phone signal so rely on landline.
No access to apps.talktalk.co.uk to enable contact to pipex.co.uk. System has been down for 5 days!
My phone line does not work. I only hear a buzz but people ringing me try to leave a message. My phone shows that I have missed a message but I hear nothing.
I am currently unable to log in to my talktalk webmail since 20/10/25, I have no issues with internet, I have paid £50.00 to continue with my account since changing to the new portal, I live in Kent south east England, my email address is rickwright@talktalk.net, previously no problems. No green lights on my router. Red lights been on for a while.
