Trying to enter meter reading
i received an email and was requestedto submit a meter reading when i pressed to do so an error 403 cam eup was no use refreshing

I have just switched to British Gas. I received an email asking me to create an online account and submit an up to date meter reading with a link to do so. I have been trying since 27th Jan and just keep getting the message 'Sorry, we're having technical problems at the moment. We're unable to process your request right now, Please try again later.'
