i can log into my VM email account with no problem; however, my wife has been unable to access her VM email account on any platform since 9.30 am Saturday, 27th December. There is an error message saying log in details are incorrect.
Cannot log in
no broadband
TV constantly buffering. Has been happening for the last 4-5 days. Internet drops constantly and TV goes off with it. Only happens for a few seconds at a time, but happens every 20 minutes. Really poor service from Virgin, but nearly impossible to speak to someone. Online message keeps coming back as there are no faults.
