Email not working
403 message when I try to access virgin media website.
My wife, the secondary account holder, can no longer access her emails. This is an issue that began on 26 July and is causing her a great deal of distress. This has been reported twice to your technical department without receiving a reply. She is even denied access to her email address book so cannot contact anyone. Can someone please advise how to solve this issue without impacting my own emails
