redirection site keeps telling me "Sorry, we are having technical problems, please try again later"
When going onto https://send.royalmail.com/send/youritem United Kingdom is automatically selected and immediately says "Sorry, there are no available services to this country." This only happens on the URL when accessed via a laptop, this does not occur when done on a phone
Trying to login but come up error?
does not allow buying postage and go past the first screen.

Can not purchase postage in my basket
unable to log in to royal mail to purchase postage labels.
Unable to book redelivery, error message saying the there is a problem and to try later. I've been getting the same message since tuesday 4/11, both in website and app. On the phone after taking my details by automated system I got transferred to a person BUT after waiting 30 minutes in the queue, I gave up. That was Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th November 2025.
