cannot access plum, it will not connect to plume app, the appstates there isproblems withits server. having multiple problems with heybroadband with dropping wifi and now this, we both work from home, husband for police and myself a clinician doing 111/999 calls advising patients and paramedics, I need to have reliable wifi, I was with BT for many years and only had two problems when theirs was dropped, in 9 years. this is happening weekly and multiple times in that week with heybroadband. I wish to leave but it is £600 approx to do so. working in public sectors does not allow for that amount of money sadly.
No internet on phone or laptop! I can send photos. I’m having to use mobile data on my phone.
