UNABLE TO MAKE A PAYMENT
Previously this year I set up a gateway HMRC on line account. Logged in by Gateway. So far so good. Now I have a refund which I claimed without signing in system because I always get and error. I have established a Gov.uk one login account which works for Companies House. But for "pay as you earn" I get the same error, despite at one time I got an Authenticator secret code from HMRC. In a nut-shell, at first I could and now I I cannot!!!

I started my tax return on Wednesday 19th. I tried to finish it yesterday 20th and received message "service not available you will be able to access later" I tried again today 21st and am still getting the same message. No explanation for why I can't access my partially completed tax return.
Can not File a return for 2 days now saying service unavailable , try again later and can not access about client
