I can complete the login details for logging in to Bankline but when I press 'confirm' the page does not appear and remains blank with the words 'Submit Form' on the tab but nothing on the screen

I've been locked out, tried to re register as instructed but padge just loads again and again, I've you get any details in, you then do not receive the activation code. Also app is not working. Can't pay anything as cannot log in. I have been required to re register tens of times but no info keeps
